Anyone who works with components that are used in food or medical technology knows that different rules apply here. Safe coating without compromise

ISOLOX FG is based on an EVA copolymer (ethylene vinyl acetate) and is free from plasticizers, PAHs, formaldehyde or other critical additives. It meets the requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011, which regulates which materials are permitted in the food sector, as well as FDA 21 CFR, the equivalent of the US Food and Drug Administration.

In practice, this means

ISOLOX FG can be used wherever surfaces need to be temporarily protected – but no residue must remain on the component. For example:

  • Packaging elements with direct contact to the product
  • Devices in pharmaceutical processes
  • Stainless steel parts in sterile laboratory environments

The application is simple:

The material is heated to 100-140 °C, the component is immersed and after a short time covered with a flexible protective layer. After use, the coating can be removed completely – without an oil film, without residue and without the need for cleaning.

ISOLOX FG is reusable. The compound can be melted down several times – a real plus in terms of sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
