ALP 91 is a mildly acidic cleaning concentrate that has been specially developed for cleaning stainless steel, ceramics, aluminum and non-ferrous metals in ultrasonic, immersion and flood cleaning systems. It reliably removes drawing grease, oils & general soiling without damaging the sensitive surfaces.

Thanks to its excellent material compatibility and effective cleaning power, ALP 91 ensures thorough cleanliness in a short time. It also has brightening properties for aluminum and non-ferrous metals by gently removing oxide layers.

Brightening effect for aluminum & non-ferrous metals

ALP 91 removes oxide layers particularly gently, restoring the original shine of aluminum and non-ferrous metals.

Material compatibility & safe working

The cleaning concentrate is suitable for stainless steel, glass, PVC, PE, PP, aluminum & ceramics. However, it is not recommended for steel, gray cast iron or tin-plated materials.

Simple application & flexible dosing

The recommended concentration is between 0.5 % and 3 %, depending on the degree of soiling of the components. The cleaning temperature can vary between 50 °C and 80 °C.
